Last night (3rd December 2019) at the Drum Awards, Burn once again walked away with the title of Best eCRM Agency in the UK. The awards were held at the Marriot Grosvenor Square. They’re based on ratings clients give to agencies for different disciplines, and as a result carry even greater value to us.
This is the fifth time in six years that Burn has been voted the UK’s Number 1 CRM/eCRM Agency. It’s a clear demonstration that we are not only delivering high-quality, effective strategy and creative for clients – but also doing so on a consistent basis.
Our approach to successful CRM is simple – build better engagement! In a world in which 89% of all marketing is ignored, increasing engagement not only helps you get your comms noticed but also encourages people to respond to them. We’ve developed a number of specific tools to ensure we optimise engagement levels within CRM programmes and accolades such as this are a sign that our unique IP works.
