  • Gyles has over 12 years experience in developing and advising businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, on business and marketing strategy, RevOps, customer experience (CX), technology and data programmes. With a particular passion for CX projects, his expertise spans strategy, operations, product development, CRM, ERP and marketing technology platforms, with the goal of either reducing waste or driving growth. As a Director at Burn, Gyles is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, including financial management, growth, client services and consulting across our core services.

  • Lana has a passion for using data to tell stories and build strategies, and is an expert in all things CRM and technology. She blends her skills in digital and performance marketing to ensure campaigns deliver tangible results. She holds multiple HubSpot and Salesforce accreditations and was crowned HubSpot’s Champion User of the Year 2020.

  • Patrycja is our Design Executive and brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, she creates web solutions that drive engagement and convert through smart user journeys and beautiful designs. She's also a master of crafting creative content in a variety of formats including online campaigns, print ads, and websites.
