BURN’s role is to grow the net membership base for this charity. We work across acquisition and retention providing strategic direction, campaign plans, creative concepts and implementation. Initiatives include CRM consultancy, brand response acquisition campaigns, gifting campaigns and retention communications.
BURN has been lead agency for two years and the RHS has now reached its highest ever membership population.
